Agape Yoga brings a compassionate and human approach to teaching
yoga.
The Adult classes will guide all
levels through asana (physical posture), pranayama
(breathing) and
relaxation
techniques in a loving, supportive environment.
Our Private classes can be
delivered in the comfort and convenience of your home or in a
group setting for businesses.
You are invited to ex plore
your body and mind and bring them into union, which is what the
word "yoga" means: to yoke. During warm-ups and asana
you are encouraged to go only as far as your body is
comfortable. Then, with the use of pranayama, you are
invited to explore your edge. These classes are never about
pain. The "no pain, no gain" mentality has no place in these
classes. However, you are still challenged and you leave class
with a greater sense of wholeness.
