I have been on this spiritual path since 1995 amd have been teaching yoga for 20 years. I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I try to come from love and gratitude. I named my studio Agape for the Greek word for universal love.
Through postures, breath work, relaxation & deep rest, I am here to teach, guide and support you on this path of deep growth, healing, aliveness & love.
I am certified & registered at the 200hr level, and have over 500 hours of study with notable teachers, namely Yoganand Michael Carroll & Kamini Desai, both from the Kripalu lineage.
