I have been on this spiritual path since 1995. From the rooms of Al-Anon to the training programs of the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, I have learned that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I named my studio Agape for the Greek word for universal love. Swami Kripalu says, “The wise proclaim that love is the only path, love is the only God, and love is the only scripture. I am in fact a pilgrim on the path of love." Through postures, breathwork , relaxation & deep rest, I am here to teach, guide and support you on this path of deep growth, healing, aliveness & love. I am certified & registered at the 200hr level, and have over 500 hours of study with notable teachers, namely Yoganand Michael Carroll & Kamini Desai, both from the Swami Kripalu lineage.
