Agape Yoga Virtual Classes

Zoom yoga classes offered 

 

Tuesdays 9:30am for all levels Yoga (must be able to navigate up and down from the floor.)

 

Wednesdays 10:30am for Chair Yoga (we do stand with the help of the chair if needed.)

 

 All classes are for one hour. Please connect 5 minutes early to settle in.

Come, breathe, stretch, relax, and let go. Explore postures, breath work, and relaxation in a quiet and meditative setting.

Agape Yoga Private Class

You will receive one-on-one instruction, specific to your needs. Great for the beginner and seasoned practitioner as you learn or review the basics and advance your practice.

 

Will also teach to a group of friends, wedding parties, and special events.
